Yes, you do, either a CD-R or CD+R, but save in mind what you're using to play the cd next to, because some older cd players will not know how to play the MP3 cd's.
no not really.

they are the same piece, just beside different labels.

purely get a standard purpose cd, and you will be fine.
yes, mp3's are good on cd's. u of late have to clear sure the cd player is mp3 compatible or it won't read it
Yes, you use the same CD-R. Nero express have a make mp3 disk contained by the dropdown menu. Works pretty good.
Just gross sure that you DON'T use a data disk, raison d`¨otre you'll hear nothing when you play it final, except maybe a loud buzzing racket.
Hi. There are CD labeled for 'data' and some labeled for 'music'. Either one will work for mp3 files. (The music compact disc costs a bit more due to the RIAA wanting some of your pennies.)
You can use the same type. Just generate sure you burn it as an audio cd instead of a data cd.

Note: some players(cd players or radio) might not be capable of play it. PCs shouldn't have any problem.
It's a regular disc, but the format in which you diary it is different. MP3 is dropped as a file, as defiant an actual audio CD which have to follow what is known as bluebook format, but it's still matching physical CD.
u have need of to make an iso imge to burn the files, use power iso =D
