Does the ASUS GEFORCE 7950GT 512 & 7600GT 256 HDMI Video Card own a loud heatsink aficionado on it?

It's according to the model. goto www.newegg.com for specs on video card (it also have links to the maker). the specs should say how loud the fan/card is.
I enjoy a BFG 7600gt OC. It is quiet but I am not impressed beside the perfornce of the card. CS Source ran great when I first get it, but after a month I get partially the framerate I did when it was spanking new.
i have a 7600gt evga and its loud. asus i don't know, but generally its the same disciple, so if you want a quiet enthusiast go after open market
