If all you stipulation is to handle regular business apps and vintage games approaching Starcraft, it should be ok. For modern 3D games like Half-Life 2, Doom 3 etc- forget it.
It can knob T&L, but it can't really run any games. The fastest PCI card is a Radeon 1300, but even it is slow (unplayable) in abundant games now. www.tomshardware.com for benchmarks on them.

I would suggest AGP or PCI-E (newer) video card. Hopefully your motherboard might support one of those (check the specs).
