It have dedicated graphics but the graphics memory is both unswerving and shared, it has 128MB of unswerving memory and if needed it will allocate a further 128MB from system RAM. Only the very most up-to-date games are going to need more than 128MB though.
call upon hp they will tell you most graphics are shared beside 1gb ram i cant see you have any problem go for 2 gb hit
I couldn't find that chip on HP's site, but it does use Turbocache technology, hence it is shared memory.

I perceive dumb asking this, but I just bought an external intricate drive and FireWire is new stuff to me. I hold the unit connected to my PC via FireWire 400 using a six foot cable. Would switching to a three foot cable net my transfers faster?

Just added an external western digital drive. The PC recognize that it's there. Do I inevitability to move files to it or does it back up those files automatically? Thanks.

You own to 'teach' it what you want it to do. No hd is on full auto.
I would move them manually just because I want to kind sure there back up and done right. There are programs that back up automatticaly but I dont know of any.

i freshly bought a new computer (emachines T5082) and I would similar to to install more memory in it. It currently have 512mb of DDR2 memory in one slot and another slot unfold. Do I need to buy another 512mb memory or can I progress for 1Gb and will they work ok together?

You can find good prices for both a motherboard and the Core 2 Duo Processor on newegg.com if you want to install them yourself. Just get sure the motherboard you have/get has at smallest one pci-express x16 slot for your graphics card. if you want to play high finish off games get a motherboard beside 2 pci-e slots x16 and get any 2 of the same Nvidia graphics cards beside sli enabled, or get 2 Ati graphics cards near crossfire (they can be different). They allow your computer to process twice the graphics that one really good card can.

I enjoy a BFG 7600gt OC. It is quiet but I am not impressed beside the perfornce of the card. CS Source ran great when I first get it, but after a month I get partially the framerate I did when it was spanking new.

I get comcast highspeed internet and tried to connect to the internet, but it keeps giving me an error message that its unqualified to locate networking card. I've adjectives ready call Sony company but they never gave me any information. What should I do? I enjoy the Modem and plugged in the USB port, but still doesn't work, consequently I tried the ethernet, but it still won't work, oh and they were not both plugged surrounded by at the same time. Please information: The AMD K7 processors run on a single EV6 bus meaning that the bus speed is multiplied by 2x just.
Pentium 4 based processors run on a Dual EV6 bus target that the bus speed is multiplied by 4x.
So the actual FSB speeds are as follows:
Pentuim 4 runs at 133MHz, 200MHz and 266MHz x4.
and
AMD K7 runs at anywhere between 100MHz to 500MHz x2.
I hope I didn't confuse you to much!
If you can't amount this out then download CPU-ID or Sis Sandra which will make clear to you everything about the bus speeds on your system.

I'm using XP on a desktop workstation, connecting to internet via a Belkin F507230-4 router & Belkin F5D7050 wireless G USB adapter and I'm only competent to achieve 11mbps
I own used this same setup with Windows me on this gadget and had no problems.
I'm also using XP on my laptop and enjoy no difficulty achieving 54mbps via like router.

It could be that your desktop PC is further away from your router than your laptop or there could be some other electrical equipment 'weakening' your wireless signal which surrounded by turn will reduce the possible download speed of your set-up.
Also worth checking is that you do not hold 2 wireless configuration managers running - ie. Windows Wireless Zero Configuration (service) and Belkin Wireless Configuration Manager, as they may ably clash resulting in a evasion speed being auto applied.
If so try disabling Windows WZC. within Services.
Best of luck.
My advise.. return the Router. Windows and Belkin within General leave alot to be desired. Get any a Netgear or a D-Link.. They're alot better to work with.

It could be that your desktop PC is further away from your router than your laptop or there could be some other electrical equipment 'weakening' your wireless signal which surrounded by turn will reduce the possible download speed of your set-up.
Also worth checking is that you do not hold 2 wireless configuration managers running - ie. Windows Wireless Zero Configuration (service) and Belkin Wireless Configuration Manager, as they may ably clash resulting in a evasion speed being auto applied.
If so try disabling Windows WZC. within Services.

My advise.. return the Router. Windows and Belkin within General leave alot to be desired. Get any a Netgear or a D-Link.. They're alot better to work with.

My boyfriend a short time ago purchased an iogear bluetooth to usb adapter. Can he configure it so that he can access internet thru this device from his bluetooth enabled cell phone? The reason this concerns me is I suggest he's been privately accessing porn at the rear my back and downloading it on his computer. I seriously want help, rationale he has a history of porn maltreat. It has cause us serious problems because he is doing this behind my rear.

Basically, I am looking to hook up a USB frozen drive, without the USB cord. Do they label such a device that a trnasmitter would plug into my USB port and a receiver plug into my Hard Drive? I've see Wireless network cards done that path to ADHOC laptops or pcs together, but this is much different as I am not setting up a network. I would approaching to keep my tough drive hidden, short having to conceal the cables. Plus I could only just take the transmitter when I walk off, thus no one who uses the computer can access the drive. Any suggestions?

The cd that have the music tracks has no autograph for me to display. I would like to see the Track Number+ the moniker of the track. It only have the track number,with no identify attached to it. I also need to download the cd into a unknown folder.

I've merely bought a new wireless the ivories for use on an PC running windows XP. It is made by Keysonic, and it is a ACK-540RF model.
It have a built in touchpad which works all right but has the (extremely irritating IMO!) beating feature enabled which I find difficult to control - it drags icon around that I don't want and can open/close programs by mistake.
On previous laptops that I've used there is an odds to turn this off contained by the syanptics driver/software. This option doesn't appear to be present as Windows sees it as a international HID.
Does anyone know a way that I can disable this rhythm feature?

Im not sure if this is even possible, but does anyone know if you can burn a movie onto a rw cd next to a cdrw drive so i can watch it within a regular dvd player? Does anyone hold experience next to Sabrent USB 2.0 TV Tuner?
I purely bought a TV Tuner device that connects via USB 2.0 and so far this has be a terrible purchase. When installing the drivers for the TV tuner box my laptop would be in motion to a blue screen near something about memory dumps and after would reboot itself. I finally got the darn drivers loaded and immediately the software (WinDVR 3) locks my computer up tighter than a ViseGrip. My machine is a couple of years outdated but more than meets the manufacturer requirement. I run an AMD Athlon 1.8 GHz/ 512 MB... Any suggestions on another TV tuner application that I can use besides the WinDVR?

Does anyone hold any design going on for what I can buy for a wireless baby grand that will work beside a KVM swithc?
I only just purchased a Logitech Cordless MX3200 Laser Keyboard / Mouse set that won't work with the KVM switch. The LX7 cordless mouse does work next to it though. Any ideas as to what I could buy that will work?

I don't know what exactly you are trying to do, but CNET just this minute had this segment on a program call Synergy where can control two computers using one mouse and the ivories. This program is free. its a little different within that you can't really share one monitor, but you can move your cursor over to the other monitor which is pretty neat and one computer can be running window while the other is mac or even linux. Check it out, it is pretty interesting.

I've be at a loss to find a graphics card for my computer that both meets the requirements of the activity and is available for my computer. My computer is less than a year older, with over 3 gigahertz for processor speed, 250 gigabytes on the complex drive and 1 gigabyte for RAM. It has a small factory-installed graphics card contained by it currently, not large plenty to handle what the activity Tiberium Wars can dish out. The game say a computer will need: ATI Radeon 8500 or great; Nvidia GeForce4 or great and go on to say ATI Radeon 9200, 9250 PCI; Nvidia GeForce4 MX are not supported. Herein lies the problem--I hold PCI ports and a PCIe port. All of the graphics cards that seem to work beside C&C: Tiberium Sun require an AGP port. Does anyone have any thinking for a graphics card that will work?

First of all it depends on if you own and intel iMac or a PowerPC iMac. There are a lot of emulators for the Mac but non of them will agree to you play games since they can emulate 3D graphics yet. If you do enjoy an intel iMAc just achieve "Bootcamp" at apple's website and use that. You will have to reboot to bring back into Windows or MacOS but everything will run at full speed.

Both are pretty evenly matched, and both are outclassed by pretty much every other video card on the flea market at the moment. You would be much better off getting an AGP or PCI-E effective motherboard and video card.

Yes. I do.
To clarify, you own to add another 256MB or replace the 256MB next to a 512MB.
The first (adding a 256MB chip to an existing one) is usually cheaper.
The second may be desired it you have no more memory expansion slots or plan on more so that the 256 MB would time limit your future expansion plans.
Also, the second chance maybe preferred if you enjoy a computer which takes both DIMM memory and SDRAM connectors.
ECS made one resembling this. You could use either - but not both simultaneously.
I removed the 256MB DIMM memory chips (2-64mb chips & 1-28MB chip) and put surrounded by one 512MB SDRAM chip.
I was competent to use the DIMM memory from that and beef up some $40 Deskpros with PIII's I I be buying.

Yes.
You involve to buy a spare memory stick (256MB) and make sure the bus speed is duplicate as the existing stick. Don't rely on the motherboard bus speed for your memory speed because many boards support different speeds.
Once you've get it, open the crust, slot it in. It's that smooth.
When you start your computer it is recognised automatically. You don't need to install drivers etc.

Hewlet Packard is angelic, get one next to lightscribe, it prints on the disk too. Once you have written the information, flip the disk over and it will print artwork, photos or text onto the disk. cost more or less lb60 i got mine bad ebay.
I received a LG GSA-E10L 16x DVD writer this morning and it's fantastic. It writes and reads DVD+, DVD- and DVD-ROM and created fantastic Lightscribe DVDS (http://www.lightscribe.com). It's connected via USB 2.0 and comes beside Nero software. It's also dual-layer compatible. I plugged it in, installed the software and wrote 2 DVDs straight away (one lightscribe, one ordinary).
I can notably recommend it.
Search on any of the price comparison sites and you should be able to take it for under lb50 including postage and covering.

Yes.
It will be slower than if you have a USB 2 port but it will work fine.

If your 1.1 usb port is the standard flat port, it will but probably much slower. Take for example a standard usb V2.0 storage device (flash disk), it will work next to V1.1 usb hub/port but in a much slower step since they are not compatible (only in speed) but it will work best beside V2.0 usb hub/port since they are compatible in speed.
Yes but like mad lot slower.Infact painfully slow considering that IPod Nano is such a heck of a comeliness.
