I Was Wondering If Graphic Cards That Have 128mb,256mb,512mb.etc push
like if ya get 512mb already and you installed a 512mb graphic card,
will ya knock against go up to 1gb? (1024mb)??
Does Graphic Cards Raise Ram ?
No, it will not bump up your total RAM, it will only make higher your VRAM which is video random access memory. This is used for games, movies, and things resembling that. For example I have 1 GB of plain RAM, and 256 MB of VRAM. It doesn't propose that I have 1260 MB of RAM for adjectives things.
Nope. The RAM on a graphics card is used only by the video card. The "system" RAM is access by the programs you are running.
Absolutely not, but, your pc will probably exploit like it did. What you are doing contained by effect is removing the burden that your video card had on your workstation ram by supplying memory of it's own. But adjectives in adjectives the overall amount of ram that your notebook would be rated at would not shift.
They can raise it some. The knock against on the video card doesn't get added to the computer strike, but if you had built contained by video and disable it after you switch to the card, the computer ram that be assigned to the built in video will be freed up for software use, and Windows will report increased bump.
