I of late recently bought equipment from a central manufacturer and attain no help from customer service. Their stuff doens't work.

Don't know what you are discussion about. If you gain bad customer service your should transport your hardware and flame/burn it.

Nobody like bad publicity. Word of mouth is the best form of trailer so,if you /we spread a bad word......okay I'd say they don't want that. Wouldn't be HP would it?
