Does anyone know a apposite webcam that works flawless next to dim lighting?

I a moment ago bought a cam that is 30 frames per second but it still doesnt hold a great pic and I think its bc I dont enjoy a lot of lighting. I be wondering if there is cam to be exact affordable but works well next to dim lighting.

I use a Logitech Quickcam Fusion. It does a really good charge at auto-balancing exposure as long as you don't have a bright pallid source behind you, such as a porthole. If you do, it will see the bright source and try to balance to that. It wasn't cheap though. About $95
