Do Most TV Tuner Card Have a VGA Out for monitors?

Do they own a VGA out for my monitor to get the video signals from my computer?



The one i am gonna gain is:

ATI TV WONDER 200 PCI Tuner Card

It comes with software that will see the signals to be viewed on your monitor via your existing graphics card.



No physical nouns is necessary between the Tuner Card & the monitor.



No ... this model have no VGA out.
