I enjoy 965 chipset based Intel ingenious mother board, I also have ATI Radeon 1300 Xpress Card. Do I call for to load on the train graphics driver before or after loading the driver of ATI Express Card?

No. Just the ATI driver. But check the Intel board instruction book. There may be something you own to do to disable the on board video.
Usually you can progress into the BIOS settings when your computer first starts up. (Usually F1, F2 or delete)



From there you can disable your onboard video card. Windows (Or doesn`t matter what OS you are using) will no longer be able to see the onboard video card.
