Do you enjoy to install anything for this?

I bought a wireless mouse (MEMOREX 32022367, WIRELESS OPTICAL MOUSE) and the lights come on and everything but it doesn't work on my laptop. Do i have to install anything contained by order for it to work?? 10 points to the first legitimate answer. any links would be helpful too. thankfulness!!

No although it does come with some open software I think

Yes install driver, you suppose to have gotten disc with it.
.did you also attach the transmitter that comes next to the mouse most of then are usb type ,if your using window xp it should supply the drivers it needs you should install the transmitter when the computer is past its sell-by date then reboot
if you've gotten a disc with it, you enjoy to install it

otherwise, restart your computer, then it should see it

(I think you're supposed to stick it into your USB hub BEFORE starting you computer, but I'm not sure)
within theory it should work lacking any extra drivers, however, some wireless devices will require the correct drivers installed. the other possible cause could be interference from other devices within the area.

if for example the wireless mouse is RF near could be another RF device interfering with the reception. or if it is IR later maybe bedside light is confusing the receiver part. check these out.
